My 485 was approved 10 days back. Does my employer need to start paying me immediately the salary that was mentioned on 485 application? Whose responsibility is it to see to it that I get that salary, mine or employer's? I don't want to remind my employer as he has troubled me a lot over last seven years of employment. If it is his responsibilty to start paying me the preferred salary as soon as 485 is approved, I would rather wait for few more days and report it to department of labor and get him blacklisted......
