Safest H1B Extension Procedure these days?

Hi Guys,

My H1b Visa will expire this dec. What is the safest and best way to get an extension on H1B visa?

all i can say is u should apply about 4 to 5 months before it expires. mine's taken over 4 months and its still not approved

I agree with soapbox, some center takes lots of time for processing new h1/ h1 transfer/ h1 exten after H1 premium process introduce.

By law your application shoud reach ins one day before your current visa expire, but I wouldn't wait and start h1 extention ASAP with valid date from december (when your cureent h1 expire)
