Safe to travel??

Is it safe to travel out of the country with your aos pending and receiving your approval when you are out of the country?
I have a parole document but was scared into not leaving hte country by my friends stating that if you receive your approval when you are out of the country it is considered abandoned.
I have read in this forum many posts about people travelling with it pending and approval date (hopefully) near.
Can you guyz give me some input about this??

i dont think that it will be a problem to travel

i really dont think that it will be a problem to travel abroad using parole.... i know a friend of mine who got approved while he was in abroad and later came back and got stamped..

but hey this is just my opinion.. consult ur attorney before taking a decision.

Its absolutely safe. The only thing with AP is that you are subject to secondary inspection so your bags may go around the conveyor belt a couple more times.
