Sad Story and need suggestions

hello guys,
here is my story:
I485 RD:03/13/2003
Priority Date:01/23/2001
First RFE: Nov.,2004 Employment Letter,W2,Tax Return and Paystubs
Response received by USCIS:12/14/2004

Second RFE, Feb.,2005,requests exactly same documents as in First RFE,lawyer called USCIS and was told to submit what was requested in RFE
Response received by USCIS: 03/09/2005

Third RFE, 04/14/2005
not received the letter yet,lawyer said will call USCIS to find out what is going on

Guys, can you kindly suggest what I should do now.........
I am in a desperate situation....
