Sad Plight of GC holder Spouses...Dark Tunnel no light in sight

I think GC holders have been totally neglected when it comes to spouse sponsorship. INS has changed laws for alien workers but totally neglected legal permanent residents.
The frustrating wait for spouses and the need to maintain independant visa status is difficult and stressful.

I wonder if folks like Rajiv Khanna and active law officers are really concerned about this issue and I wonder if there is any lobbying in congress to put forward the sad state of affairs for GC holders.

I wonder what can be done. Perhaps its time someone did something NOW !
