Sad Day for Old timmers - Vested intrest Attorney's clients are getting approved

It looks like they have certain vested intrest from some Attorney's and trying to approve their clients, else how can we describe these events of approving whose priority dates are later than us getting approved (Except whose cases have serious flaws)
