Hi, I had my interview yesterday and passed the tests for english and U.S. history but was told at the end that the name check was still pending and that I should not approach the INS office to check anything else until about five months had passed.
Should I file a FOIPA to see if there are any records in my FBI file, if I have one, or try calling the 304-625-2000 number to ensure the fingerprint check was done, or call 202-324-3625 to check if the name check has been done?
