S2045 free us after I485 approval ?

Since the bill frees up people who have applied for I-485 for at least 6 months, does it also frees people have applied for I-485 for more than 6 months and just got approval ?

I don\'t understand why you worry about those things after i485
approval. The alias of i485 approval is GC, period.

After GC approval, you need work for the company for at least 3 month. If you failed do so, and someone reported to INS, they can ask you to give up you GC.

Currently, this area is not very clear. I don\'t think any company will be willing to call INS to complain the case like.

This will not be questionable after S. 2045 signed by President and implemented. May be some one has more legal experience can help.
