Hi,
I'm Aryanadi, a new comer on this site. I hope I'm posting my concern on the right link. And I'm expecting a reply from somebody out there. You can also reach me at: aryanadiic@yahoo.ca
As instructed, I filed I-140 on last April to Nebraska with the form of ETA 9089 included which replaced form ETA 750 A & B, because I submitted these ETA forms to U.S. DOL in Washington DC on March 22 but they returned it. I received the receipt number for I-140 but I haven't got any receipt or notification for the form ETA 9089 instead.
On last July, my sponsor received a letter from Nebraska Center requesting for evidences which is one of them is a certified form ETA 750 A & B.
What should I do? I'm completely confused here, so is my sponsor. Please please please somebody helps me sooner to tell me what to do. Thank you very much indeed.
