I started an S corp and managed to get an offer from a company to work as an independent contractor.
My concerns/questions
1. Is there any problems working - related to tax/working with my company, with out an independent contractor agreement?
2. They company offered me the job is releasing a work order with my name and company name on it. Is this okay or not(related to tax/working with my company)?
