I work for a contracting company with headquarters in Pittsburgh PA.
My client is in Portland, Oregon.
My Labor was done in Pittsburgh, 485 has been filed in Vermont for a year now.
My client wants me to use the new legislation to join him. He has offered the same positon. The only problem is I have heard from somewhere that the Location should be the same. Does it matter if the job is in Portland ( and my client files GC at CSC).
Any ideas anybody?
