Rupnet reflects Nebraska's inefficiency

I'm sure everyone has seen this and wondered what's going on here.

Though Rupnet represents a very small portion of total filings at BCIS, but folks observe this that not even one month From Jan '01 to Aug '03 on Rupnet is 100% approved. Every month still have cases pending. Also, on this forum every now and then we keep receiving postings of people, either getting approvals or RFEs or other questions, who filed 485 way back in 2000 or 99, I remember couple of postings even from earlier years. The thing that amazes me the most is that we happen to see approvals of Mar '02.

This is really frustrating.

You may also find cases where people who have been approved but decided that its not worth their time to update Rupnet. Rupnet will never show a 100% approval rate

I am puzzled. Is this unique to NSC? If not, how are you able to assert Nebraska as being relatively less efficient? or did you mean to say 'Rupnet reflects BCIS's inefficiency' in which case the next poster has a valid point.

I agree with you that I should've quoted BCIS instead of NSC. But, since I'm associated with NSC and its modus aperandi affects me directly, therefore, I generally do not look or comment on other centers.

Thanks
