My gut feel is November starts end of next week. October adjuducation are at 38% right now.
It's worrying that Oct and Sep processing has again slowed to a crawl in the last 2 weeks. September is still at 68%. September should be "complete" for all practical purposes when that percentage reaches 80-85%.
