I processed the approval data for April to Aug. 16 in Rupnet. Here're some observations:
1) RFE dropped from 90% to 32%
2) FP2 increased from 22% to 89%. This is most likely because 1st FP for applicants with RD after May 2002 (approx.) expired, since their 1st FP were scheduled about 1-2 months after their RD.
3) above 2 facts brings that direct approvals after FP2 without RFE increased from 3% to 50%. This means if you get FP2 done recently, you'll have 50% chance to be approved without an RFE.
4) interesting thing is if you're unlucky to get both RFE and FP2, RFE most likely will come after FP2 (70% chance).
