Someone gets really lucky, does it mean the April RD has already started being processed?

sounds exciting but not...

I have seen that and found that a per rupnet , this guys, PD was somewhere in 2000. That means he must have been waiting for the PD to be current and applied for his 485.
This also make the assumption true that PD is also being considered as an order for approval.

I have already seen 3 approvals for April and all three had 2000 PD
 
In fact 2000 become current before 2001 August. Why he will wait till April 2002 to apply. Only thing is his labor might have approved some November/December 2001 and applied for I-140 in immediately and got approved before April 2002. So applied I-485 in April 2002. Priority date idea was never proved. There are lots of people on the forum who have priority date, which is earlier than 2000.

Only thing I can say is lucky ones gets fast approval.

My PD is 04/1998 because my approval of the labor did not come in until 10/2001.

Between 10/2001 - 03/2002, my I-140 got approved and I-485 was approved.

Another NY DOL case that took 3.50 years for the labor

Taken FP1: 09/03/2002
Cleared: 09/10/2002

Wife:

Taken FP1: 09/03/2002
Taken FP2: 10/10/2002
Cleared: 10/15/2002
