I have only 7 months left in my H1-B 6 year’s limit. My company filed Labor in RIR-EB3 from Pittsburgh on Aug 1st 2002. Will I be eligible for H1-B 7th year extension if I file I140 and I485 concurrently after getting Labor certification? Please post your opinion.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately No....
To get 7th year ext. on H1-B, your I-140/485 should be pending and Labor filling date should be more than 365 days.....

Correction:

If u r able to get the Labor approved and u file I-140/485 together then u don't need to worry bout H1-B....U be OK status wise, as u will be waiting for 485 process....

Based on the information u gave, unfortunately u will not be able to qualify for 7th year ext. As I said before, only way u can maintain your status if u can file I-140/485 together before your H1-B expires.
