Dear Attorneys,
If an H1b visa holder loses his job & is getting closer to the 60 day window still without a job, and if the ex-employer agrees to run 1 paystub at the end of 60 days, does that reset the 60 days clock? If yes, Is it ok to run 1 or do you advise at least 2 paystubs to reset the 60 days clock?
