Earlier heard from someone in this forum that there are currently 2 teams in INS, one working on 2002 earlier cases in JIT, the other working on cases starting from May 2003. Has anyone heard this kind of things from your lawyer?
I think that was an assumption based upon trends seen.
We are seeing cases coming from all ends of the backlogs. Some from early 02 some from 03 and even a couple from 04. I think the two team concept is a logical conclusion.
Our case had scared them to s.... in there pants , so now they are trying left right to reduce this damn backlog.
Noone want to pay damages for class action cause if it goes to class action some smart ppl will sue for money too.
