Hi!!! pleasse I need some advise ..I live in los Angeles,CA I had my cityzenship interview in june 2005 I passed the test, But a decision couldn`t be made `couse the consolidation file was missing, i waited for like 4 month and i got an infopass went to check the status of my case and they told me that the consolidation file was sent in july 1 month after my interview, they told me to wait.. I kept waiting and nothing happened so I got my second infopass the same story.. so i got my third infopass(almost a year after my interview) this time the lady that I talked to she told me tha somehow my consolidation file were missing, but she made some phone calls and they found it in a diferent state well the thing is she told me that when my files arrive were I was interviewed(el monte california) they were gonna call me. One month later they called me that they have my files in el monte so I took an infopass I went to los angeles building than they gave me a pass to el monte I went there but this time they told me that my finger prints were expired that I was gonna be re-schedule so 3 month passed and I didn`t hear anything from ins so I took another infopass now this time they told me they cannot re-schedule me for finger prints yet `couse they are waiting for a rught sheet??

so what should I do?? keep on waiting? is almost 2 years since I had my interview sometimes I`m about to give up.... any advise will be apreciated
thank you very much!!!

Bro you need to get good hound dog<--AKA Lawyer and let him on them for quicker result. This is B$#^%$#. 2 yrs and you still been waiting.

Also consider getting your congressman and/or one/both of your senators involved in your case. They can be very good at getting the attention of bureaucrats and focussing that attention on your case.

And, they are cheaper than lawyers :)

congressman, senators involved??

 Thank you for your reply and please forgive me `couse I`m kind of confused how can a congressman and or senators be involved in my case??
