RTDs confiscated and what?

Hi all

when I last entered the US and after being away for a bit less then 6 months, the IO confiscated all my old RTDs which I declared to have on me. (he asked if I had any other travel papers and I showed him all I had). He never gave me a piece of paper stating he confiscated RTDs from me and I never received any notice by CIS. should I act on this? seek explanation?

Are you a PR ?, can you tells us:

1. Where exactly did you go ?
2. How long did you stay ?
3. What was the expiration date on the RTD ?
4. Where you given any reason of why your RTD was confiscated ?
5. Do you have any proofs of RTD confiscation ?

Ianyu, I think you have asked this question 1 million & 1 times in many different ways you can. The bottom line is, you got a new RTD right? They wouldn't have given you a new RTD if you had done something illegal. They confisicated your RTDs because you said you lost one of them when you applied for another one...by process, they put that the RTD you were using was lost as you said in your application.

So just chill..you are ok!!!!!!!!!!
