Guys: when apply for RTD or Re-entry permit, do I have to submit the original document-for example, the actual plactic card- or a copy of it...As always, your imput is highly appreciated............

If the RTD application require a proof of permanent residency ...then send only photocopy ...never submit your original Green card.
