1) The country I am planning to travel (Not COP) does issue tourist visas on RTD (my status Asylee), but is very difficult to obtain them. Can I use my NP instead to travel to this country? (unexpired NP, never renewed it)
If yes, how am I going to use both documents when I leave and when I come back ? What do I show to who?
2) Also what happens with my I94. Do I surrender it upon leaving? Do I get a new one upon returning? This is very confusing.
