I apply for RTD on May 2005. And recived my RTD Sep 29th. It's Valid for 1 year Only.

I am Sending RFE tomorro. And the attachment is only 1 page about EWI.
I ask the Lawer to attached previous Tax report, Job letter and Afidavite but he told me i don't need to send any of those supporting document to USCIS. Just explain about EWI and my counrty current political statues.

Rtd

I applied my RTD is May 2 and i'm still waiting for it. What is the date that they mail out your RTD and whats your ND?
 
USCIS mail me the RTD Sep. 21st. My RTD Notice Date was May 23rd.

did you already receive the RTD? because your first post says your receive your RTD on Sept 29 which is 4 days from today.
 
I also just received the RTD which I applied in May 23. INS mailed it out on Sep 16, and it took 9 days to arrive. And the RTD expires on Sep 13, 2006.
 
I applied for RTD the first week of May, it was mailed to me Sept 16th, received it on 26th .This is my fourth RTD, the first 2 RTD took less than a month, the 3rd took 3 months.
 
I applied online for an RTD on July 29th and it was approved today - Sept 28th. I was not expecting it this soon - thought it would be approved on December.

I finally received my RTD in the mail today.
