Hi All,
I applied for my rtd on may 27, 2003. The INS website says my rtd has been approved and was mailed on december 13, 2003. But i have not received it yet. when i call them, they ask me to call after two months. Can you please suggest me what should i do and generally how long it take when the ins website shows its mailed. your reply will be highly appreciated.
