RTD out of sequence

Here is another instance of out-of-sequence processing by Nebraska.

An RTD application accepted on Aug 12 was approved on Nov 05 (indicated in case status).

An RTD app accepted earlier, on Aug 06, has not been approved yet.

I know this b/c one belongs to my spouse and one belongs to me.

Any other similar experience on RTD?

I hope that means that the other one is close in terms of being approved.
