Hi Everybody,
I am writing you guys again about my Refugee Travel Document, I had Applied for Refugee Travel Document in January the 7th and bought my tickets to germany sometimes in March, for today, I Haven't recieved my Travel Document since today, my tickets is gone, now I think there is something wrong, otherwise I dont know anybody who waited so long, and they wont tell me what is really going on with my case, always they say an Immigration Officer is making a desicion, dont they have a boss or something that I can talk to, I am seriously tired of calling them every day and ask them and still not get the answer I want, Dosn't metter how much I have to spend but is there anything I can do about it?

By checking the recent posting of Nebraska Center's processing,you may find that up to 05/20/2003 they've done the job with receipt on or before 03/10/2003.I guess that there may be something wrong with your case.You may call them to check.

The best way to resolve an excessive delay is to initiate a congressional inquiry. It usually works.

Do you require visa for Germany? Did you check with the Germany consular office? Seen here some old posts, that for Germany not visa is required but since you are planing to travel, may be you have the recent information.

Please, let me know if you know. I am planning to travel soon, but still in doubt about this visa requirement.
