RTD holder to some countries

Dear Bros. & Sisters:

My wife is principal asylee,she comes from Vietnam, I'm the relative asylee and I was vietnamese too, but now I'm a chileno. My I730 was approved in
last octumber. I got my RTD in January, 2006, my question are:

1) If I want to travel to Mexico,the visa is in my Chileno Passport or
RTD? which documents I should bring? RTD(with visa?)+Chileno Passport
(with Visa?) or just RTD(with Visa?) or what???

2) If I want to travel to Chile,do i need a visa in the RTD? which documents I should bring? RTD(with visa?)+Chileno Passport or what???

3)If I want to travel to Vietnam,the visa is in my Chileno Passport or
RTD? which documents I should bring? RTD(with visa?)+Chileno Passport
(with Visa?) or just RTD(with Visa?) or what???

Could you please share your information? I appreciate it so many much!!!

Your case is a bit confusing, but let see... by "my experience"
1. every time I travel abroad I get the visa in my RTD. (Last year I went to Europe and I got my visa in my RTD and I didnt even take my national passport. As an asylee it is better to use your RTD for everything.
2. If the country of persecution is vietnam you should not travel to vietnam, otherwise you can risk your asylum status.
