hello,
I was just wondering last year I applied for a rtd and I had to sent my forms to Nebraska, but someone told me now the address has changed is that true? And if so where do I have to send my forms, I am a Ohio resident. thank you

Well, actually the address to where I-131 should be mailed has been changed since Dec. 1. It is also effective for froms I-765 (work authorization) and I-485 (Family based adjustments only). Now all these forms should be mailed to the following address in Chicago:

US Citizenship and Immigration Service
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

new address

By the way, speaking of RTDs: i just got my approval for it.
RD Sept 1
Approved Dec 17

It`s my first baby, baby ;)

Nothing changed for asylees

I have to disagree with Asylee25.

the new Chicago address is only for people who are filing I-131 for advance parole, Form I-485 for family-based adjustment of status and work authorization in the same category.

Asylees still have to send applications to Nebraska Service Center. Nothing changed for us.
