CONGRATS!!
I just looked at mine and the last update date is now Nov 23, 2004 (yesterday).
No status change still.
It looks like motion to expedite really works! Yours got approved in about two months. Last year, when I needed it real bad, I also did motion to expedite and got it within 4 months (when the average last year was 6 months processing).
A lot of prayer and motion to expedite do work

Just got an email saying that the RTD was approved and was being mailed.
Hopefully I will get it within a week or so.
