RTD Application Sent - Check Cleared- But No Written Notice?

I sent in the paper application RTD in late July, and no response from them yet - except of course that they cleared the check the second they got it (the only thing they seemt o be efficient in). Anyone in the same situation?
Any suggestion about what to do? I don't even have a case number like this!

I am not positive but I think when you will get the cleared check it may have your LIN# on it.... Please let us know if it is accurate or not...

Oh my God - do I love this forum or what? It is indeed on the back of the check, I just looked online at my bank statement. And the BCIS web site says that they mailed me the notice - I did not get it, but doesn't matter, at least I know it is being processed.

Now you are in the same boat as I am. We both have the receipt number now (you through the check, me through filing online). It has been almost a month for me but like you, I have not gotten the paper notice that they suppose to mail within 7 to 10 days.

Anybody think that the case is being processed and that the paper notice is not critical? Or is this a sign of trouble to come?

And yes, this forum is helpful.

You are welcome espressojoy! My brother had also e-filed for RTD about 6-7 weeks ago. He also has not received the paper notice. He did call the toll free number and he was told that he will hear from Nebraska in 30 days... If there is any progress then I will share that in the forum....
