RTD App : E-file or manual paper?

Should I e-file or do a paper application?

I am very computer savvy and prefer to do things on-line, my concerns though are with the BCIS, given that the photos and supporting documents will be sent seperately.
 
I'm still deciding which is a better option, I like doing things online but I have not seen enough reason that e-file is a lot better, I know it has advantages but for me, not compelling enough to risk it at this time, especially I'm no longer in H1B status.
