if someone apply for the green card and travel document at the same time ,does he still need to do and have tow separate fingerprint notices or one will be enough for both
 
id assume that you would get the notices for FPs, so wait till you get them and then act accordingly.

Because processing time for each of the application you have submited are diffrent you should get two fingerprinting.
