Why on earth did you not marry before the interview. Well now you "might" be able to ask the embassy if they can include your spouse on your case, but given that it will be several months after your interview and your visa has an expiry date, the request is unlikely to succeed.

So - your other option will be to move to the USA, establish yourself and then start a family sponsorship case for your spouse. That is more complex than the DV case, and it takes around 2 years.

I don't think it will be OK, no. You can try talking to the embassy, but it is very likely they will tell you to use a family based route.
