i applied for new RP on nov 14, i mailed the previous document with the
application, the old RP WAS still valid for july 2009,

today i got approval email, i did fingerprinting about nov 25
 
John Smith - That's amazing. Do you think you received it so quickly because you included your current RP with your application?
