I am an IT Consulting employee and work at different client sites based on the project needs. I was wondering whether I could file my GC considering me as an roving employee. Based on that I have the following questions.
1) how can an consulting company (IT) employee be described as roving employee in the GC LC forms. Does it have to have any SPECIFIC WORDING in the LC FORM?
2) For a roving employee can the GC LC be filed with the company’s HQ LOCATION while the employee works at DIFFERENT LOCATIONS during the process of LC?
a. If the above statement is true, after the GC is approved WHERE should the employee work? Should he work in the LC specified company headquarters or can be work as a roving employee.
3) What OTHER things are required in the GC LC form to have the LC filed for a roving employee.
4) What will the DIFFICULTIES that the employer has to face to show the employee as an roving employee?
5) Is there ANYOTHER concerns for the EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE showing the employee as an roving employee and having the GC approved at ANY STAGES of the GC.
