We were unable to make it for our landing and now the landing date has expired. We want to get the refund for ROLF and had faxed for the same to Canadian Immigration. In order to get the refund, they need us to send the unused visa from the passport.
I would like to know how could we send the visa since it is glued in the passport. How to take it out from the passport? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
