Hey Guys, I had a question about RN petitions. I know that there are plenty of restrictions on who can sponsor H-1 visas for nurses but what about RN I-140 applications. I know agencies do sponsor these peitions but what about individual hospitals and Doctors offices. Is there any restriction on who can file a RN I-140 peition like the H-1 restrictions?
