I still haven\'t got FP notice yet. RD 10/17, ND 11/29
I saw a lot of earlier date persons got FP in Philly.

I think that the FP notice comes from Vermont , not Philly.

That office just does Finger Printing.
Or you can goto 1600 Cawohill Street, Philly ( This is an INS office.)
U should call INS Vermont ASAP.
