RK0005, Any news on your I140 (redo) due to merger

I am in similar situation.
Replied RFE (I140) in Feb. ND Feb12 for I140
AVM was updated pretty quickly, some time in feb.
but no news yet.
I485 message says same thing "we received yr reply..."

Please post if you have any news.

I saw couple of Feb/March I-140 approvals from CSC, in 140 board.
Your RD seems to be 2/12 that means your WAC no: should be
wac-01-105 or 106. It should have been approved by now. First
check your I-140 status, if it is approved then it is a good
idea to call INS and ask for your 485 status. If you have 140
approval letter then your lawyer should send a copy to INS to
close the loop.

Good luck. BTW, my wac is 01-123 is waiting. Mine is also 140 redo
because of merger.

I filed 485 and after that I am going through merger. Please let me know how this is going to affect my GC process in whole?

Please help as you have already gone through this.

Good News. _ i got my RFE approved on June 19th and my 485 has also been approved yesterday.

Congrats.. This is a real good news. Can you please post your WAC no for I-140.
I am also in the same boat but my RD is 3/7/2001 and WAC is 01-123. Yours must
be around 01-113. Good luck and enjoy your freedom

      Here\'s my situation.

EB3: India
PD: 09/97
ND: 08/99
FP: 08/00
Company spinoff in October 2000
Received RFE for W2 and Pay Stub on Jan 23: Replied RFE in April Second Week
Applied Amended I-140 in parallel for new company
Second identical RFE on May 15: Replied with same Reply on May 20
AVM updated May 30
Third RFE saying that my application will be on hold pending issuance of AC 21 Regulation

Is anybody in similar situation?

Hi, Anyone who knows what kind of documents are needed to provide to INS are welcome to give advices ....

what kind of document do we need to provide to INS for proving the merger/acquisition/spin-off?

I try to get some ideas of how to give INS proper documents to prove
merger/acquisition/spin-off situation.
