Hello Great ones,
I have been working for this company for 5 1/2 years now, only on the hope that they will get me my GC. But that doesn't seem to be happening. My labor EB3-NONRIR is stuck in BEC with PD 9/03. And heavy outsourcing has started in my company.
With this background, I spoke to a local consultant who is ready to file a new labor in EB2 category and then 140 after that comes through. Later when it is time to file 485 he wants me to join his company. Ofcourse all this for a price. Now, I really don't know what am getting into if I go with this guy. Can someone please point me at things I need to be carefull about.
