Risk to H4 if H1 is already applied?

Hi,

I am getting married in the second week of April and I plan to bring my wife on H4. But, by then H1 application should be filed, if she plans to work from October. So, we are planning to file H1 in the first week of April. If we do so, is there any risk for H4 visa stamping? If there is a risk, what is the mitigation plan?

Please let us know. This is quite urgent.

there is no risk wat so ever you don't need any plan just don't say anything about H1 when u go for H4 stamping... you should be good. I know some of friends did this.
