Risk in delays for Aug 2000 cases

The FP will expire and to redo that again will

Why not..!!! my FP was done in Nov 22, 2000. My ND:8/21/00.

So if I am not done by November, I have to do FP also again !!
Nothing should surprise u when you are dealing with INS

Even to get the 2nd FP notice it may take 3 months ? for INS to see the FP it takes another 3 month

I did my FP on Nov, 2000 and my I 485 was approved Aug. 8, 2001 without redo FP
