Risk H1B stamping or Use AP?

Hi Gurus,

My friend has H1B visa but no stamping done. But he has AP. Can he use AP to go and come back from India without getting the H1B stamped? Or he shoud get the H1B stamping in India and use that to travel. Please help.

Your friend use the AP entering US. I read on this forum somewhere that using AP will not invalidate the H1B status in US.
