Any advice will be deeply appreciated

My EB-3 NON-RIR was filed in April 24
in Philly. I just learned that NON-RIR
have much more chance to be rejected by
labor (my selfish lawyer didn\'t told me
at the start; the other part is my fault:
Lazy and stupid). I am considering to convert
it to RIR. But there is a risk if the state
issue the job order before the RIR done, the
conversion will fail and I will waste $1500.

Please give me you advice if you have any
thought or similar experience! Thank you

Did you receive the job ad posting instruction from Philly SESA? When did you have the job ad. done? Please post your info.
