RIR vs Non-RIR

Is there any difference in the cost of processing involved between RIR and non-RIR processing that attorneys usually charge a company ?

I had another general question - has anybody who has recently applied for labor thro' RIR processing been rejected ? IF so, any specific reason stated ? Is it safer to go thro' non-RIR processing (but considering the extraordinary time it takes, I dont think this might be an option!)

Usually attorney charge same amount for RIR or N-RIR.

Also, RIR denial depends upon all sorts of reason. You have to check with attorney regarding your case.
