Don\'t want to scare you, but we have to face it...

PD = 06/15/01 Staus=Waiting

My lawyer told me it is now taking MA SESA about 9 months to forward an application to Boston DOL, who probably takes another year to clear the application. Don\'t hold your breath. We have a loooooong way to go!!!
 
right now sesa process april 30 case

pd: april 30 , RIR/EB2 just forward to DOL on Oct 30.

it took 6 months. what a joke!

pd is march 2001, got query from SESA in july for which my lawyer
replied on Aug 30\' 2001 ...... Haven\'t heard anything since then

Does anyone know, how much longer before it goes to boston - DOL
 
Processing April 23rd

HI:
I called automated line of Boston SESA...They\'re processing April 23rd...The slow pace is due to 245i applications in April! Hopefully things will move faster after the New Year!

PD 70/02/01 SESE. Still waiting.

I have heard that once they\'re done with the 245(i) it will immediately speed up again, normally SESA is supposed to take 6 weeks, or so. April 30 was deadline for 245(i), so hopefylly we\'ll se some progress soon.

My RIR/EB3 case has a PD of Apr. 24. Boston SESA should have forwarded it to Reginal DOL. However, My lawyer has not received anything yet from them. And my search of DOL database proved that my case has not entered yet.

Too long!!! Anyone around this PD know his/her case entered database yet?

That is the correct number

When the voicemail picks up, enter option 2 and you will be able to hear what dates ther are working on this month. You won\'t be able to inquire about your particular case #. If you call today, they will tell you that they are currently processing April 25 - April 27, 2001.
