Hi,
My lawyer is planning to file for a RIR substitution. As she explained to me, that she has a "similar profile" RIR LC approved by DOL for another person from my company that can be utilized. This person has either left the company or has been laid-off.
Separately, I have also heard that DOL has raised queries for a LC application of a friend whose LC application was filed in Oct 2001. Queries relate to lay-offs that have happened in my company in recent months. My friend also works in my company.
Since LC to be used in my case is already approved & it is being used for substitution, is there a possibility that DOL might reject my case?
