RIR requirement - need urgent advise

Folks,
I am about to start my GC process. I discussed with my employer and the co. attorney and we agreed to use the RIR process. I live in dallas, tx and according to my attorney I should advertise in local news paper once a month for the next 6 months. My question, is it mandatory to advertise in local news paper ? Can't i put the ad on our companies intranet/website ?? What are the basic requirement for the RIR LCA process ?? Can anyone give me a better idea about this whole thing ???

Yes, some state insist for Ads on local news paper.

DOL ever consider website ADs are True ads.
Depend up on states, we need to issue Ads for 6 months ....

Every month ad in News paper is Not required

Usually DOL asks for 6months of recruitment efforts which includes
1. Paper ad
2. Intranet/Internet
3. Outside job placement companies
4. Job Fairs etc.

Most of the DOLs ask for atleast one printed ad. It is better to get two.
