RIR-Regular-RIR?

Hi,

My husband's LC was originally filed under the RIR category. At the DOL stage, due to economy tanking, the company was asked for requirement evidence. The company then changed the application type to non-RIR.

Is it possible to revise the application back to RIR? Is it advisable?


Please advise/share your experience..

Not possible to get to RIR from non RIR once you have agreed to remand.
