We are in the process of 6-month documentation period for the RIR process.
I.e. we have advertised the job on the state-labor website for past 6 months.
Meanwhile, our company was continuing to hire some (3-4) people.
For this hiring, other professional web-sites were used; like monster, hotjobs etc.
How does this hiring affect the RIR process?
Does it make difference if the two-jobs advertised (one for RIR purpose and the other for day-to-day hiring purpose) are same or different?
